1:1 coaching
Every coaching package gets you to the same place: a system you understand well enough to run without us. What changes is how much company you want along the way, and what you pay for it, from $149 to $750 a month at our current founding rate.
Everything starts with a short application; no cost, no commitment. It's the same questionnaire that tells us whether this is genuinely the right fit — most people are — before either of us spends time or money finding out the hard way. If it's not the right fit yet, that's not a no forever. We'll say so honestly, and point you toward a referral or an open door to apply again in one month.
Qualified candidates move to the diagnostic — $99-$149, separate from package pricing. Beforehand, you'll complete a full intake so we make the most of our time together. During the call, we'll go over your intake, review your movement screen (if applicable), set short and long-term goals, and get to know each other. By the end, you'll have what you need to choose the tier that's right for you.
