You will finally have a plan that respects your specific history, schedule, and goals. Most apps fail because they don’t know you. I don’t write a single line of your program until you’ve completed your onboarding packet and we’ve spoken face-to-face for an hour. This conversation ensures your plan is 100% custom to your relationship with food and exercise. Once we have our roadmap, you’ll track everything in a dedicated coaching app (included in your fee) so we can see your progress in real-time.
what if i don’t have access to a full gym?
You can start exactly where you are. If you’re a beginner focusing on movement, a simple stretching mat is enough. If you’re ready to lift, a pair of adjustable dumbbells is a great next step. For those looking for significant muscle growth, a full gym is ideal. Whatever your setup, I will give you a realistic expectation of what we can achieve with the tools you have. You’ll just list your equipment in your pre-coaching form, and I’ll handle the rest.
What is the ‘soft-launch’ commitment?
You get my full, high-level coaching at a lower rate in exchange for your honest feedback. I am confident I can help you reach your goals, but to build the best possible experience, I need "brave souls" to help me prove the system works. Your input on the program and your success story help shape the foundation of this company. Please note that this discount is a one-time opportunity per client to help us get off the ground together.
how much time do i actually need to commit each week?
You will be able to build a routine that actually fits into your life, not one that replaces it. Because we customize everything, your time commitment depends on your specific goals and your current schedule. We’ll get honest about this during our call. While results require effort, I believe something is always better than nothing—any energy you can give is valuable, and we will make it count.
I am postpartum/coming back from an injury. is this safe for me?
You will move with the confidence that your safety is my priority. To ensure we’re building on a solid foundation, I require general medical clearance and a signed liability waiver before we begin. This protects you and ensures that our "Move Well" focus is tailored to your body's current needs, especially if you’re navigating a major life transition.
do you tell me exactly what to eat?
You will learn how to fuel yourself for a lifetime, not just follow a boring meal plan for a month. We focus on education and sustainable habits rather than restriction. Whether we track specific metrics in the app or focus on portion habits depends entirely on your goals—like gaining muscle or losing fat. We’ll agree on the best course of action together so you feel in control of your choices.
What happens if i miss a week or ‘fall off the wagon’?
You will simply pick up right where we left off. There is no room for guilt or shame here. Life happens, and the only thing that matters is that we get back to the work. We don't "start over"—we just keep moving forward.
