Fitness should build confidence, not create it as a byproduct of anxiety. We exist to give you the tools, the knowledge, and the structure to stop second-guessing yourself.

The Three Pillars of Lasting Capability

  • move well

    Three domains. All essential.

    Mobility: joint health, range of motion, and movement quality come first. We build the base before we add load.

    Strength: progressive overload, built over time. Muscle mass, grip strength, and bone density are among the strongest longevity levers we have.

    Cardio: woven throughout, scaled to you. Walking to Zone 2 training. Cardiovascular fitness is the metric that most reliably predicts how long and how well you live.

    The goal isn't a performance peak. It's a body that works well for decades.

    We help you build a sustainable relationship with food — grounded in whole-food nutrition, without the rigidity that research consistently shows leads to burnout. No foods are labeled off-limits. No meals are a punishment. Just a clear framework you can actually maintain.

  • live well

    Our goal is to teach ourselves out of a job. We give you the science behind your habits — sleep, stress, recovery, behavior change — so you can make informed decisions independently. Following a plan is the starting point. Understanding it is the goal.

1:1 coaching

Every tier is built on the same 12-week foundation. What changes is the level of contact and accountability. The goal across all of them is the same: a system you understand well enough to maintain without us.

Prerequisite: Before coaching begins, all new clients complete a pre-screening questionnaire. This helps us determine whether 1:1 coaching is the right fit — and if it isn't, we'll point you toward the right next step, whether that's a referral, a self-paced program, or reapplying in three months.

Qualified candidates are then invited to complete the diagnostic ($149) — a required step separate from package pricing. Before the call, you'll complete a full intake questionnaire and the option to submit movement screen footage so we can make the most of our time together. The 1-hour session covers goal-setting, movement screen review, and tier placement.

Every Package Includes:

  • Weekly programming, updated as you progress

  • Weekly check-in

  • Form review via video submission

  • Monthly strategy call

  • In-app messaging, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm PT

All packages begin with a 12-week commitment and can move to monthly thereafter.

Linda

Linda spent over a decade in banking and restaurant management before trading early mornings behind a desk for early mornings in the gym. What started as a side experiment became a conviction: that the most meaningful work she could do was help people build a body they understood and trusted.

A knee injury in 2017 — and the year it took to fully recover — gave her a firsthand education in what real progress actually looks like. Now a postpartum mom navigating her own return to training, she brings the same framework to her clients that she applies to herself. She founded LW Fitness Co. to extend coaching beyond the session: evidence-based, built for the long game, and designed to make itself unnecessary.
